Brea Lawrenson’s ”If I’m Not Here
Tomorrow” is the highlight of the
Algonquin College students’ newest
music video project. Young producers,
directors and videographers show off
their amazing talents with this
production.
The college team under the leadership of
Christine Tannis, provided the script,
actors, location, equipment and editing...
and.Brea provided the master
production of the song and her singing
throughout the video.
If I’m Not Here Tomorrow is a song
that Brea wrote after experiencing the
pain of losing two very close friends,
one in a car accident and the other after
the sudden diagnosis of cancer. Both
incidents taught her that “tomorrow” is
really never a sure thing.
The song was chosen by the Algonquin
College team with Brea’s suggestion to
have a Military theme.
The script follows the lyrics in an
entirely new light and brings a whole
new meaning to the song,
The story line is brilliant… With a twist
which you have to see to feel the full
emotion.
